Richard A. McNeil, Esq.*
Upon receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, Mr. McNeil has become a firm believer in consumer rights. A highly adept lawyer, he oversees the Firm's North Carolina office and now concentrates his skills in the field of Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty claims.
Previous legal experience includes attending depositions and trials, drafting motions, pleadings and affidavits and interviewing witnesses for the North Carolina Attorney General's office. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. McNeil had significant experience with insurance products and is a North Carolina licensed Property & Liability insurance agent.
In addition to his legal education, Mr. McNeil holds a BA in political science and graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University.
A licensed attorney and a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mr. McNeil focuses on achieving efficient and amicable settlements for his clients.
