Chad Oswald, a native of Indiana, has developed a strong understanding of the law through his experiences with various organizations over the past several years. While in law school, Mr. Oswald worked as a law clerk for the civil defense firm, Rudd and Diamond in downtown Miami, FL. Upon graduation he worked with several law firms in Miami, where he developed a good understanding of consumer protection laws, working with debt settlement and credit counseling.
Always a detail oriented person Mr. Oswald, a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics, used his tremendous ability to work with large amounts of information to pursue and receive his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida.
When he’s not protecting the rights of Lemon Law victims, Mr. Oswald is an avid golfer and is often seen rooting on his Hoosier’s in Bloomington.
