David H. Echavarria, Esq.*
A seasoned attorney with trial experience, Mr. Echavarria worked diligently for two years as the Assistant Public Defender in the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office before joining Kahn and Associates. With extensive training on trial work, including issues for appeal, Mr. Echavarria has the knowledge and experience to assist clients with their lemon law cases.
Mr. Echavarria obtained his Juris Doctorate in December of 2005 from the Florida State College of Law and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Florida International University.
David and his wife Neeleidy reside in Miami Shores with their son David and daughter Abigail. A devoted family man, Mr. Echavarria enjoys dining out, traveling and participating in outdoor activities with his immediate and extended family.
